2.2 Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads (e-books, guides, templates) are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded. 2.3 Premium Memberships and Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
For annual subscriptions: If you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
2.4 Physical Products
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

For scheduled consultation services:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund
